This mural was created by Venezuelan visual artist Jhomar Loaiza. When the social and political situation in Venezuela deteriorated in 2018, he moved to Curaçao. Here he initially worked as a mason, but commissions for murals came in after he painted a triptych during the Kaya Kaya festival.
